1st Call for Papers

The first International Conference on Future Communication Networks will be held at Al-Nahrain University, Baghdad, Iraq. It is a joint venture between Iraqi universities and VICTOR (a DELPHI project supported by British Council and Brunel University in U.K as a leading partner). The theme of the Conference is "Future Communication Networks". In addition to the high-class technical sessions, the conference will have feature panel sessions & tutorials. Attention is to be drawn to challenges facing the establishment and modification of telecommunications infrastructure & services in Iraq with possible solutions. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. The proceedings will be published in IEEE xplor.

Important Deadlines:
Submission of papers : 31st December 2011
Notification of acceptance: 14th February 2012
Submission of camera-ready papers: 1st March 2012
Author registration : 15th February 2012

Submission of Papers
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers (not exceeding 6 pages) by 31st December 2011. Submitted papers should conform to the IEEE format (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html ), and will be handled and processed electronically via the EDAS online submission system ( http://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=11347). Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present their paper. Further details can be found at (http://www.trc-iq.org).
