The 13th edition of the successful workshop series will be held in Delft, The Netherlands. We invite high-quality research contributions addressing relevant challenges in the domains of information retrieval, natural language processing and data mining. Contributions range from theoretical work to descriptions of applied research and systems. We especially encourage doctoral students to present their ongoing research. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Adversarial IR
Collaborative filtering and recommender systems
Cross-lingual retrieval
