The conference seeks papers (IEEE short paper format – two pages max) from industrial, clinical, or university researchers, scientists, engineers, and students.

The conference will be held on the campus of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The conference will include plenary speakers, oral presentations, poster presentations, a student paper competition, and a senior design competition.
