This Conference will be a premier forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results, evolving new concepts and research directions through panel discussions in the fields of theoretical and experimental Computational Intelligence, Computer Vision, Image and Signal Processing. This conference will bring together leading Engineers, Scientists and Researchers in R & D laboratories like DRDO, NASA, CSIR, ISRO etc., and Academicians in Universities and Engineering Institutes of Excellence. Authors are invited to submit papers in English using the paper format indicated below. Each submitted paper will have to be associated to one ofthe four following categories.

Submitted papers will be reviewed by the ICCIC2010 Program Committee based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. A "blind" paper evaluation method will be used.
