JEC-ECC is a venue for extending collaboration between prominent Japanese, Egyptian and International researchers from academia and industry in the fields of electronics, communications, and computer engineering. The fourth edition of JEC-ECC will be held at Cairo, Egypt, from May 31st to June 2nd, 2016.
JEC-ECC 2016 will include keynote speeches, technical and special sessions on the state of the art topics. Research papers are solicited in one of the following two categories, tough all submissions will be peer-reviewed: (1) EA-NOP (Extended abstract without online publication) Prospective authors are encouraged to submit an extended abstract of their latest work (work in progress papers are sought as well) through the submission page. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. However, they will not be published online. (2) RP-OP (Regular paper with online publication) Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a 4-page full paper of their latest work through the submission page. Accepted papers will be published in both the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore. All authors of accepted papers in this track are requested to submit a copy-right transfer. Areas of Interest: Communication Systems Digital, Analog and Microwave Systems Design and Implementation Computer Networks, Multimedia Signal Processing, Hardware and Software Engineering Submission Guidelines: Papers must be in PDF format and should include title, authors' names and affiliations, e-mail address of the contact author. Both research and application-oriented submissions are welcome. All papers should be submitted electronically through EasyChair ((The submission web site will be open soon). (1) First category (EA-NOP) The papers should be submitted in an extended abstract format including abstract, introduction, the proposed method/approach, and the experimental results in up to 2 pages. (2) Second category (RP-OP) The papers should be submitted in IEEE conference format including abstract, introduction, the proposed method/approach, and the experimental results in up to 4 pages.
