The 10th International Conference on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management Applications (CISIM 2011) with its focus on Agent based Computing and Its Applications strives to present a multidisciplinary research forum for researchers across the globe. The goal of this conference is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to focus on advanced concepts in biometrics, secure and agent based computing, and industrial management, and establishing new collaborations in these areas.
The topics on which papers are being requested include but are not limited to: A. Biometric Security and Multi-media Analysis Multimedia Content Representation and Reasoning. Classification and indexing of multimedia information objects. Multimedia security & Protection Multimedia in Mobile & Ambient systems Security and reliability assessment for Biometric systems Biometric standards and interoperability Derivation of cryptographic keys from biometrics Biometric performance Management B. Agent based computing Agents & Service Science Agent-based system development WWW & Semantic Web Agents Agent based Simulations Agent Communications C. Security & Trust Authentication and Access Control Intrusion Detection, Prevention & Response Key Management and Cryptographic Protocols Network Security Operating System Security Web Security Authors are invited to submit papers for the conference by July 15, 2011. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. The conference proceedings will be printed by Springer in the Communications on Computer and Information Science (CCIS) out of the Heidelberg, Germany. The paper must be prepared according to the Springer format. Both regular (8 pages) and short (4 pages) papers for oral presentations are accepted. The regular papers may be extended up to a maximum of 10 pages, where a page charge of Euro 20 per page (INR 1000 per page for Indian authors) would be levied for the additional pages beyond the regular limit of 8 pages.
