The Workshop on Biological and Microarray Data Analysis is organized in the margin of the Second Edition of the Extraction, and Management Knowledge Congress (EGC-M’11) which will be held in tangier-morocco from 23th to 25th November 2011.
The objective of this workshop is to enrich the knowledge of Maghebean student researcher and professional in the domain of biological data analysis especially microarray data.
The Topics to be covered are:

- Class discovery and class prediction in microarray data
- Various applications in microarray
- Genomic and proteomic data analysis
- Statistical and soft tools in microarray data analysis
- Multiple testing in genomics data
- Clustering genes and experiences in microarray data
- Comparative genomic methods
- Mata-analysis of genomics data
