From: Andris Bui?is (buikis@latnet.lv)

I send all my greetings to you and your WSEAS colleagues in the New Year’s Eve and best wishes for New 2011th Year. Good health, the same joy of living as always and successful multi conferences as usual.
I took part in Conference in Corfu in July, from whom I do have the best recollections. At the moment I have significant changes in life, in October there were Parliament election in Latvia, and now I am elected as a Member of Parliament for the next four years. Our fraction is the group of Premier Valdis Dombrovskis with 1/3 of 100 members of Parliament. I am working in two significant commissions: a) Budget and Finance (Taxation) committee; b) Public Expenditure and Audit committee. It is new and not easy occupation for me, but I have fit in.
The most important is that members of Parliament are allowed to do research and educational work. Therefore I hope that in summer (July or August) I could come to Corfu or Florenze with my four PhD students. In that case I could give a plenary talk and my students could organize a joint mini symposium.

Sincerely yours,
Andris Buikis.

My name is Dr Hamid R Riahi, a member of academia at Payam Nour University of Iran and also a
founding member of Ashna Professional Services Group (an Iranian private group of companies involved in different areas of IT).
I have been involved in a few large national scale projects in Iran in different areas related to the application of Information
Technology in transformation of different organizational and business settings.
I was interested to present some of these experiences in reputable conferences and publish them in
journals such as those of WSEAS. My university however does not have resources to support any expenses involved.
Considering your high credentials and experiences,
Your advice is highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot! That was really a great event (WSEAS) if to add that I am from Ukraine having just a few IEEE Fellows.
And all the Latin America (I am in Mexico now) has only 4 Fellows this year.
Another side is that I need to go in early May of 2011 to San Francisco where the recognition of new Fellows will
be organized by my IEEE UFFC Society, to thank friends and colleagues.
But 2011 is already scheduled mostly for the WSEAS events and I am now managing
to arrange this extra trip. But it is going to be OK with this.

Thanks again for the congratulation!

I want to congratulate you for the answers that you have given for the newspaper Patrie, which appears in the capital of Crete.
Yes, mathematics is a universal language that connects people who practice.
It’s great to see that you made a modeling of a phenomenon and this is correct!
The conclusion came after you compare your results with those obtained in the laboratory
or by analytical methods (where these exist)!
I believe that these achievements may be considered a success.
The success should not be based on criteria set by the leaders of institutions.

Wish you a beautiful work in WSEAS

I am honoured you sent me also this message!!! I could say that I am tired and still ill, but the truth is that I didn't
understand completely. It is about a mathematical controversial and one of your paper is cited as significant within the field
:" ...there is also a 2003 paper by Ioannis F. Gonos & Nikos E. Mastorakis, where they have used GA's to
factorize multivariates followed by the Levenberg?Marquadt algorithm I think to finally optimise the solution." Obviously, I would be delighted to hear your nice explanation

I am still under the impression of the extraordinary success of the EMT 2010 conference in Timisoara. WSEAS was at this time, like always, that height by a good organization, representation and scientific content.
The Special Session “Sustainable Tourism” was the largest, all participants being present, active and involved.
Once again thank you for your trust and rely on me, not as a friend of the WSEAS but as a faithful member of the honorable WSEAS family.

I spoke yesterday, also with Mrs. Moskova, and also I meet her last evening when I made the registration at the Wseas Conference - Registration Desk.
She and prof. Kileny have done a great job and helped me with the Conference Registration and schedule for the presentation of the paper.
Thank you once again.

Dear WSEAS
I sent this email several days ago and I'm afraid you didn't receive it, so I repeat it again.
Please inform me if you receive it:

As you know, I am too interested to cooperate in academic activities specially in international conferences
of WSEAS. I have been involved in WSEAS for over 10 years (Since 2000). I also tried to carry on
a WSEAS conference in IRAN, but as you saw, many participants neglect their trip to IRAN.
So I decide to work outside of IRAN. Currently I cooperate with ISEL in Lisbon and I am going
to carry on a workshop there. Like this cooperation with ISEL, I like to work in your organization
and I can cooperate with you in some abroad conferences during the year or carry on a course at your
university. So I want to know if you have any suggestion for my decision and can you offer me any vacancy?

Many thanks
Shahram

I need very fast help, if I can ask you .... I have submitted an article in very high impacted Journal in US, its impact factor is more than 2, I was invited to submitt manuscript in july and I was delivered it and they asked me to nominate researchers - reviewers should be from them. I nominated about ten researchers but nobody from US and it was mistake.

I often acitvely attend WSEAS conferences – Cambridge, Catania, Corfu in this year and maybe I will be in Faro :) and in the article submitted to journal there are citations from WSEAS events ..., you can have a look in attachement. I am with department of telecommunications in Ostrava, Czech Republic, associate professor at Faculty of Electrical Engeneering and Computer Science.

I look for someone from field – Information and Communication Technology, who is positive tuned :) and he/she is in US now, two or three researchers !!! – it would be great.

original ask from editors:
? Could you please send me the names, affiliations, and full contact information including email addresses of a few leading researchers from the U.S. who have published in the subject area of the paper. Thank you.

Do you know someone ? two researchers it would be enough (names, Institutions and emails).
I’m involved in two traditional conferences indexed in ISI as a member of scientific committee and I help to push up the impact of WSEAS

Thank you and regards

The WSEAS will never ask you money to publish papers to our journals!
Please, tell it to every colleague.
We run the WSEAS in a non-for-profit base

In an attempt to include the WSEAS Journals in ISI
the WSEAS Journals are entirely independent from the WSEAS
Conferences.

Authors can send (upload) their papers to WSEAS Transactions
regardless of whether they have attended a WSEAS conference or not.
Also the WSEAS Transactions are the only open access journals in the
world where the Authors do not pay any kind of registration fees (i.e.
the full PDF files of the papers are permanantly open for everybody,
without any restrictions, while the authors are not charged with any
kind of registration fees). The Editors-in-Chief, being assisted by
the members of the Editorial Boards, are the absolute decision makers
for the acceptance or not of the submitted papers. WSEAS simply prints
out the papers in hard copies and also uploads them on the web.

Thanks

Michael

I would like to thank you for the greetings you sent me by Claudio and, in the meantime,
I express my deep appreciation for the warm welcome/proximity you reserved to him.

Claudio told me that the conference was a big success, both in terms of scientific contributions and of social and cultural activities.
I congratulate for this success and I am happy that our collaboration is getting stronger and stronger.

I hope for the future that our group will be able to help WSEAS in the big effort of spreading
knowledge and science all over the world, for instance as editors of your journals and as co-sponsor of conferences.

Wishing you a good summer and a resting time, I send you my best regards.
