This International Conference is a major event to be conducted following the grand success of series of ObCom conferences during 2003, 2004 and 2006, which were audited by a good number of participants from Academia and Industry across the World. The past ObCom conferences received good contributions from academia, industry and research organizations. Our sponsors included governmental and non-governmental agencies like DRDO, ISTE, DIT, CSIR etc.
Information and Communication Technologies are critical to India’s future and to realize the Vision 2020 especially in the socially relevant and strategically important sectors such as education, healthcare, agriculture, law-enforcement & security and to modernize sectors of public interest such as energy, transport and environment. In pursuant to the above, VIT University has been keeping pace with emerging technologies of modern times, which stimulate scholarly research and debate in many disciplines. The objects/components- based development is one such aspect which has paved a way to design and develop market-driven information and communication technologies, systems and products. Foreseeing importance and impact of above, the VIT University has been organizing ObCom series of conferences since the year 2003 which received overwhelming response from academia and industry.
Authors are invited to submit full papers presenting new research related to the theory or practice of recent trends in Computing, Communication and Information Technologies. The technical sessions of the conference will consist of original papers reporting on theoretical and experimental research, development etc. The topics of interest include the following and any other related topics:
