CALL FOR PAPERS

[Scope]
The objective of this conference is to emphasize the recent technological developments in the area of Network Communication, VLSI Systems and will cover wide range of issues related to QoS, Reliability and Security in the Information and Communication Technology. The aim of the conference is to bridge the gap between the technological advancements in the industry and the academic research. Thus this conference will provide a common platform for the Professionals, Experts and Researchers to interact with each others. [Best paper award]

The program committee will designate one paper accepted to the conference as "Qshine 2013-Best Paper". The winner(s) will be declared during the conference.
The winner will get a cash price of USD 200.

Papers should be in English.
Papers are categorized as: Regular Papers and Short Papers.Regular papers should be up to 6 pages in length.Extra page will be charged.
Short paper lenth is of 4 pages.
Previously published work may not be submitted, nor may the work be concurrently submitted to any other conference or journal. Such papers will be rejected without review.
The paper submissions must follow the SPRINGER formatting guidelines (see Author's kit section).
