Call For Papers

We are now accepting presentation proposals for OPCOMP 2011, the optical computing industry’s premier forum focused on new and emerging technologies.

Program

OPCOMP will provide attendees with information on the current state of optical computing technologies for critical embedded computing systems. Keynote speakers will provide the context and broader perspective for these new technologies. Starting with in-depth tutorials, the forum will expand into two tracks. One track will cover the core technologies and performance parameters. A second track will present the infrastructure and management/marketing requirements as well as the key applications that will drive the demand for these optical technologies.
The program consists of:

Keynotes Panel discussions Special sessions
Tutorials Networking receptions Paper sessions

Topics of Interest

We are seeking qualified persons from across the electronics industry to speak on the topics listed below as they relate to optical computing. Forum presenters will include highly qualified technologists, managers, and original equipment manufacturers with specific expertise in the field they will discuss. Sponsoring companies are encouraged to submit proposals, and will be considered along with other submissions. We are particularly interested in emerging standards from organizations such as IEEE, ANSI, VITA, ITU, and the Optical Internetworking Forum, such as CEI-28G and CFP MSA. Please contact us if you have any questions.
