The MCC is an annual international conference bringing together experts from world research, academic, military and industrial establishments. The intent of the conference is to create a forum for useful contacts and exchange ideas on development as well as implementation of new technologies and services into military systems. The MCC2013 conference will host, in addition to the regular MCC conference (October 7-8), a workshop devoted to cognitive radio for military communication systems. This workshop will take place the third day (October 9). The registration process will allow attending either the regular conference only, or the workshop only or the full event.
