Under the joint technical sponsorship of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (USA), the joint Queensland Chapter of the IEEE Signal Processing and Communications Societies, the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication (EIC) of Japan, the ECTI Association of Thailand and the Korea Information and Communications Society (KICS), the conference will provide a forum for researchers, engineers and industry experts to discuss recent development, new ideas and break-throughs in communications and information technologies.
