The 2011 IEEE Conference on Open Systems will be held in Langkawi, Malaysia from 25-28 September 2011. The conference will be organized to invite international delegates, , to Langkawi; the islands of legends and folklore, renowned internationally as the archipelago of 99 tropical islands, the ultimate holiday paradise to share their latest research findings in Open Systems besides getting to know Malaysia.
ICOS 2011 will be sponsored by the IEEE Malaysia Computer Chapter and IEEE Malaysia PEL/IE/IA Chapter. ICOS 2010 was successfully organized in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 5-8 December 2010.
