The 10th International Conference of Contemporary Affairs in Architecture and Urbanism (ICCAUA2027-PORTUGAL) will take place on 5–7 May 2027 in hybrid format at the University of Beira Interior (UBI), Covilhã, Portugal. The Portugal venue is locally hosted and coordinated by the Centre for Research in Architecture, Urbanism and Design (CIAUD–UBI). The conference is organised by Alanya University, Türkiye, in collaboration with international partner universities. The Portugal sessions are an integral part of the unified ICCAUA2027 scientific programme, peer-review process, registration framework and proceedings. The conference welcomes original research in architecture, urban design, urban planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, art and related built-environment disciplines. Researchers, practitioners, professionals, students and policymakers may participate in person in Covilhã or online. Abstracts must be submitted by 5 December 2026; the early-bird registration deadline is 5 February 2027; and accepted authors must submit full papers by 5 April 2027. The conference offers proceedings publication and selective opportunities for subsequent consideration by partner journals and edited books.
