The 18th Annual Conference on Advanced Thermal Processing of Semiconductors - RTP 2010 will be held in Hilton University of Florida Conference Center in Gainesville, FL during September 28 - October 1, 2010. The Conference will address up-to-date multidisciplinary research aspects of thermal processing of semiconductors and production needs of the state-of-the-art of semiconductor manufacturing. The program includes invited and submitted oral presentations. The Conference is accompanied by tutorial workshop.
