Submitted papers should be of sufficient detail for review by experts in the field. In addition to submitting new results in areas that form the core of information theory, researchers in related fields and experts working on novel applications of information theory are hightly encouraged to submit contributions. Final papers will be five pages in length. The submission deadline will be announced shortly.
