CONFERENCE (IPCCC) 2009 December 14-16, 2009, Phoenix, Arizona, USA Website: http://www.ipccc.org The International Performance, Computing, and Communications Conference is a premier IEEE conference presenting research in the performance of computer and communication systems. For more than a quarter century, IPCCC has been a research forum for academic, industrial, and government researchers. We encourage submission of high-quality papers reporting original work in both theoretical and experimental research areas. All papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee. They will be judged with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, conditional upon the author's advance registration. Awards will be given for the best paper.
