PAPER SUBMISSION
----------------
APWeb 2010 invites papers describing original contributions in all fields of Web technologies, database systems, information management and software engineering. All submissions should be in English.
Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one author will attend the conference to present the work.

PUBLICATION
-----------
The proceedings will be published by either IEEE Computer Society Press or Springer-Verlag in the LNCS series (pending). The authors of selected APWeb 2010 papers will be invited to submit the extended versions for publication in World Wide Web Journal (www.springerlink.com/content/101757/).

AWARDS
------
The following awards will be presented at the conference: Best Paper and Best Student Paper.
For a paper to qualify for the Best Student Paper award, a student must be the lead author.

WORKSHOP, PANELS, TUTORIALS, INDUSTRY PRESENTATIONS
---------------------------------------------------
In addition to technical contributions, APWeb 2010 invites proposals for workshops, panels, tutorials and industry presentations. For workshops, APWeb 2010 will provide administrative
support for workshop room booking, registration, and publication.
