The 22nd International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference
(IVNC2009) will be held in Hamamatsu, Japan, on July 20-24,
2009.
IVNC typically attracts about 200 scientists and engineers from
all over the world. The Conference in Hamamatsu will have a
four-day program arranged in single oral session and poster
presentation. Additionally there will be invited contributions
from international experts. Full paper will be published in a
special issue of Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology.
