The Joint International Conference STCC 2012 is for the third time organized in this format. The main goal of this conference is to provide a multidisciplinary forum between researchers from industry and academia to discuss state-of-the-art topics in system theory control and computing, and to present recent research results and prospects for development in this evolving area.
ICSTCC 2012 follows two previous different editions. The ICSTCC conference emerges from the fusion of the three conferences which were distinctly organized by the "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati, Faculty of Automatic Control, Computers, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (SIMSIS - International Symposium on Modelling, Simulation and Identification Systems), "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iasi, Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering (SACCS - the International Symposium on Automatic Control and Computer Science) and University of Craiova, Faculty of Automation, Computers and Electronics (SINTES - the International Conference on System Theory and Control). ICSTCC 2012 will feature several kinds of presentations including invited and contributed papers, special sessions and poster sessions. As well as the previous editions, The 16th International Conference on System Theory, Control and Computing – ICSTCC 2012, is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Control Systems Society (see http://www.ieeecss.org/conferences) and the papers presented at the 2011 edition have been indexed in IEEE Xplore and are full downloadable at http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/mostRecentIssue.jsp?punumber=6078720. Aim and Scope The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers from the same fields and to exchange and communicate new ideas, problems and solutions. The main areas of interest are: Automation and Robotics Computer Science and Engineering Electronics and Instrumentation |
