The International Symposium on Compound Semiconductors is the forum for science, technology and applications of compound semiconductors. This year is the 39th meeting of this scientific community - ISCS-2012 addresses the physics, science, and applications of III-V and II-VI compound semiconductors as well as SiGe, SiC and related alloys. Papers are solicited on compound semiconductor related topics including:
