Mobile networks has become a new services consumption and delivery platform for many industries and government organizations worldwide. The 2012 IEEE International Conference on Mobile Services (MS) aims at providing an international forum that is dedicated to explore different aspects of mobile services, from business, management to computing systems, algorithms, and applications and to promote technological innovations in research and development of mobile services, including, but not limited to, wireless networks, sensor networks, mobile computing, mobile enterprise, mobile eCommerce, collaborative computing and social networks. As an integral part of the Federated Conferences in Service Computing, sponsored by IEEE Computer Society since 2003, research papers accepted by IEEE MS 2012 will be presented to a broader audience at the federated conferences in service computing. MS 2012 will contain a research track, an application & industry track, and a work-in-progress track. A Best Paper Award and a Best Student Paper Award will be presented by MS 2012. (The first author of the best student paper should be a full-time student.) Both will be directly invited to submit an extended version to IEEE Transactions on Services Computing (TSC, SCI&EI).
