CALL FOR PAPERS

The Second International Workshop on Data Mining for Ambient Intelligence and Secure Communications Organised in conjunction with IEEE ICDM 2026

The DM-AISC 2026 workshop will bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to advance data mining methods for trustworthy ambient intelligence and secure communications. The workshop emphasises rigorous, deployment-aware research spanning data mining, cybersecurity, IoT/6G, edge intelligence, computer vision, and cyber-physical systems. We invite original research papers describing novel contributions in the following areas:

Ambient Intelligence and Context-Aware Mining
• Context-aware, behavioural, spatio-temporal, and multimodal mining
• Representation learning and pattern discovery for pervasive data streams

Trustworthy and Responsible AI
• Explainable, robust, fair, and privacy-preserving learning
• Adversarially resilient mining and secure model deployment

Edge, IoT, and Cyber-Physical Intelligence
• Resource-aware mining for edge/IoT systems, digital twins, and real-time analytics
• Industrial IoT, smart infrastructure, and resilient cyber-physical platforms

Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics
• Anomaly, intrusion, malware, and threat detection
• Identity, authentication, attribution, and forensic intelligence

6G, Wireless, and Secure Communications
• Physical-layer and network-aware mining for intelligent communications
• Mining for NTN, vehicular, industrial, and next-generation wireless systems

Computer Vision and Human-Centred Analytics
• Vision-based sensing, image/video analytics, and human activity recognition
• Digital health, assisted living, agriculture, and human-centric AI

We particularly welcome papers that combine methodological novelty with practical evaluation and that foster diversity, originality, and cross-disciplinary dialogue within the ICDM research community.
