Papers presented at the conference will be published in proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society and included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, with submissions to EI and INSPEC for indexing. The conference welcomes submissions presenting either completed research findings or ongoing work across various topics, provided they meet high quality standards.

Extended version of accepted high-quality papers will be recommended to special issues of MDPI Mathematics (JCR: Q1, Impact Factor: 2.3) and Service Oriented Computing and Applications (JCR: Q3, Impact Factor: 2.0).
