The World Congress on Engineering and Technology (CET), to be held on Oct. 28, 2011 in Shanghai China, is composed of several conferences on the frontier topics in the engineering and technological subjects. It dedicates to facilitate the global development of engineering and technology and explore ways in which universal Scientific Research can be delivered with any aid and contribute to the development of the country with its own power.

Publication
The CET conference proceedings will be published by IEEE, and the accepted papers will be indexed by Ei Compendex and ISTP.
