Abstract: The Warehousing and Mining Complex Data workshop (WMCD 2011) aims at becoming a premium international exchange forum about processing complex data in business intelligence processes. Now that decision-support technologies such as data warehousing, on-line analysis (OLAP) or data mining have proven to be valuable on "simple" data, the issue of complex data must be addressed. Managing complex data involves a lot of different issues regarding their structure, storage and processing.

Topics: WMCD 2011 invites original submissions, from both researchers and practitioners, on all topics related to warehousing and mining complex data. They include, but are not limited to, the following.

* Submission date: January 3, 2011
* Notification of acceptance: February 18, 2011
* Camera Ready submission: February 25, 2011
* Workshop date: March 25, 2011

Submission guidelines: Papers must be submitted electronically as PDF files following the ACM double-column format (http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates). Papers must not to exceed 8 pages and must be submitted electronically on the workshop?s web page (http://eric.univ-lyon2.fr/wmcd/). Publication in the WMCD workshop will be handled together with publications in the main conference.
