Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and Cyber-Social Systems (CSS) are emerging crossdisciplinary research areas that feature the combination of computational and physical
elements. CSS is rapidly evolving due to the popularity of online social networking. With the advent of ubiquitous sensing and networking, future social networks involve cyber-physical interactions among associated social attributes. Cyber-Physical-Social Systems (CPSS) are known as the integration between CPS and CSS. We seek submissions of papers addressing new techniques, introducing innovative methodologies, and proposing new CPS, CSS and CPSS research directions. Topics for submissions include but not limited to the following: Topics Topics for submissions include but not limited to the following: Track 1: Power, Systems, Data and Networks for CPSS Microgrid and Power Grid in CPSS IoT, Sensor Networks, Wearable devices & Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) Cloud, Edge and Fog computing for CPSS Wireless & green communications for CPSS Network Robustness for IoT-CPS Integration Track 2: Technologies & Applications Supply chain networks Critical Infrastructure E-Health in CPSS Environment monitoring Smart city and smart world AI and Deep learning in CPSS Blockchain-based applications in CPSS Biological information processing Track 3: Resilience and Deterrence in CPSS Adaptive Recovery Mechanisms Modeling Cascading Failures Resilient Control Strategies Human-in-the-Loop Resilience AI-Driven Predictive Maintenance for Resilience Game-Theoretic Models Attribution and Accountability Mechanisms Economic and Policy-Based Deterrence Strategies Psychological and Social Dimensions of Deterrence Track 4: CyberBiosecurity and Security of CPSS CPS and their safety Security and privacy in CPS design CyberBiosecurity Threat Modeling Secure Genomic Data Sharing Resilience in Healthcare CPSS Biocyber Attack Detection CyberBiosecurity Policy Frameworks Governance of CPSS Paper Submission All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference submission website (EDAS) in PDF format. Each paper is limited to 8 pages (or 10 pages with over-length charge) for a regular full paper, 6 pages (or 8 pages with over-length charge) for a full paper including figures and references using the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings manuscripts style The template for manuscript preparation can be found at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates Submit your paper to CPSCom 2026 Publication Papers accepted by IEEE CPSCom 2026 conference will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and present their work at the conference; otherwise, the paper will not be included in the proceedings. All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and EI. Distinguished papers presented at the conference, after further revision, will be invited for submission to a special issue.
