Authors must register and present their work at the conference. --Affiliated Journal Special Issue-- Selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions to a special issue of the Automated Software Engineering (AUSE) Journal (Publisher: Springer, Impact Factor: 3.1). ******************************************************************************* Submission Instructions & Policies ******************************************************************************* Formatting: Papers must be in English, PDF format, A4 size, and conform to the IEEE Conference Proceedings Formatting Guidelines (LaTeX users should use \documentclass[10pt,conference]{IEEEtran}). Page Limit: Technical research papers must not exceed 10 pages (including references). Double-Blind Policy: APSEC 2026 strictly uses a double-blind reviewing process. Authors must omit names and affiliations from the title page, cite their own work in the third person, and anonymize any identifying repositories/artifacts. Submissions that violate double-blind rules risk desk rejection. Submission Link: Papers must be submitted electronically via EasyChair: [https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=apsec2026](https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=apsec2026) ******************************************************************************* Call for Workshop Proposals ******************************************************************************* The APSEC 2026 Workshops provide a platform for researchers and practitioners to discuss emerging topics in software engineering research and practice. These workshops foster the exchange of innovative ideas and early-stage developments that may later evolve into conference or journal publications. We encourage those interested in organizing workshops to submit proposals. Workshops should highlight a specific topic of interest related to on-going research, education or industrial projects on software engineering. Each workshop can be full or half day. --Important Dates (Workshop Proposals)-- Proposal Submission Deadline: July 6, 2026 Notification: July 20, 2026 --Evaluation Criteria-- Workshop proposals will be judged on their originality, relevance to the topics of APSEC 2026, the expected level of interest in the topic, and the organizers' ability to lead a successful workshop. All workshop participants must register for the conference. --Responsibilities-- Each workshop organizing committee will be responsible for: - Creating a web page for the workshop for publicity and communication. The call must make it clear that the workshop will be open to all participants of APSEC 2026. - Providing a brief description of the workshop for the conference web page and program. - Cooperating with the APSEC 2026 Organizing Committee on logistics of registrations and event arrangements. - Publishing the proceedings. The workshop papers will be separately published by IEEE and will also appear in IEEE Xplore. ******************************************************************************* Contact Us ******************************************************************************* Technical Track Inquiries & Double-Blind Policy: For questions regarding the Technical Track, please contact the Program Co-Chairs: In-Young Ko (iko@kaist.ac.kr) Bayu Priyambadha (bayu_priyambadha@ub.ac.id) Workshop Inquiries: For questions regarding workshop proposals, please contact the Workshops Chair: Shang-Pin Ma (National Taiwan Ocean University) General Inquiries: Nur Hazbiy Shaffan (nur.hazbiy@ub.ac.id) Anis Rahmawati Amna (anis.r.amna@ub.ac.id) Organized by: Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM), Universitas Brawijaya |
