XIX International Conference "Topical Problems of Energy Conversion in Lithium Electrochemical Systems" & XIV International Conference for Young Scientists "Mendeleev 2026"
Dates: September 14–19, 2026 Location: St. Petersburg University (Mikhailovskaya Dacha Campus), Peterhof, St. Petersburg, Russia Contact Email: Li-ion-mendeleev@spbu.ru On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we invite you to two co-located events at St. Petersburg University, Peterhof, Russia: XIX International Conference "Topical Problems of Energy Conversion in Lithium Electrochemical Systems": The biennial flagship forum for established scientists, faculty, and industry professionals working on the research, development, and production of power sources with lithium or lithiated negative electrodes. XIV International Conference for Young Scientists "MENDELEEV 2026: Electrochemistry and All Around": A satellite event offering a dedicated stage for undergraduate and master's students, PhD candidates, and early-career researchers (under 35) to present results and build professional networks across all areas of electrochemistry. Official conference languages: English and Russian. Operational challenges of chemical power sources Submission Guidelines Abstracts must fit on one page (A4, 2.5 cm margins), roughly 250–500 words in English or 200–400 words in Russian. Maximum one figure/scheme (PNG/JPG, ≥300 DPI) and 2–5 references. Submissions must be made via the official registration form using the provided .docx templates. Selected presentations will be recommended for publication in the Russian Journal of Electrochemistry. The book of abstracts will be indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). Program Formats The scientific program features plenary/keynote lectures, oral presentations, interactive poster sessions, high-interest workshops, and a commercial exhibition. Participation in absentia (abstract publication only) is also available.
