Join the community of researchers advancing artificial intelligence in Poland! This year, the 7th edition of the PP-RAI conference will take place on April 20-22 at AGH University of Krakow (Faculty of Computer Science). We invite researchers, PhD candidates, and students to submit scientific papers as part of the official Call for Papers by February 27.
The PP-RAI Conference (Polish Conference on Artificial Intelligence) is one of the most important nationwide scientific events integrating researchers, practitioners, and young AI scholars. For six years, the conference has been jointly organized by leading Polish AI associations-among others, Polish Neural Network Society, Polish-SIGML Polish Research Group on Learning Systems, Institute of Computer Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Committee on Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Polish Artificial Intelligence Society, in cooperation with top technical universities in Poland. This year’s 7th edition of PP-RAI is organized by AGH University of Krakow in cooperation with the TRY IT Foundation, continuing the tradition of hosting the event successively by the largest academic centers in Poland. The conference will be held at the Faculty of Computer Science, AGH. PP-RAI provides a space for in-depth discussion of the most pressing challenges in artificial intelligence—from explainability and ethics of learning systems, through large language models and natural language processing, to image and sound analysis and generative systems. In the current edition, three thematic panels are planned: a panel devoted to AI explainability, chaired by Prof. Joanna Jaworek-Korjakowska (AGH), a panel on collaboration between academia and industry, chaired by Joanna Szczegielniak from the Connecting the Future Foundation, a panel focused on supporting scientific activity using large language models (LLMs) and related techniques, chaired by Prof. Włodzisław Duch (Nicolaus Copernicus University), one of the most recognized authorities in this field. Traditionally, an important element of the conference are keynote speeches delivered by outstanding representatives of the global scientific community. This year, the invitation has been accepted, among others, by Prof. Marco Dorigo from Université Libre de Bruxelles, the creator of ant colony algorithms, and Prof. Christian Napoli from La Sapienza University of Rome, a renowned researcher in artificial intelligence and deep learning. A special place for young researchers From its very beginning, PP-RAI has actively supported the development of the young generation of researchers. The conference includes poster sessions and scientific presentations that enable students and PhD candidates to present their research results and engage in direct discussions with recognized experts. We invite you to submit your work! The PP-RAI 2026 Call for Papers is an excellent opportunity to present research results, establish scientific collaborations, and actively participate in the development of the Polish AI community. PP-RAI is not only a scientific conference, but also a space for building relationships, exchanging experiences, and jointly defining directions for the development of AI in Poland. We encourage all interested parties to submit their contributions by February 27, 2026, and to co-create one of the most important AI conferences in the country. Three types of submissions are available, and authors may choose which one to submit: regular papers (10-12 pages including references), published by Springer, extended abstracts (2-4 pages), business project abstracts (1 page).
