QCSA 2026 CFP:
The International Conference on Quantum Computing Systems and Applications (QCSA 2027) is an international forum dedicated to recent advances in quantum computing technologies, systems, algorithms, and real-world applications. The conference brings together researchers, academics, industry professionals, and practitioners to exchange ideas, present innovative research, and discuss emerging challenges in the design and development of quantum computing systems. QCSA 2026 welcomes contributions covering quantum algorithms, quantum software and architectures, quantum machine learning, quantum communication and networking, quantum security, hybrid quantum-classical computing, optimization, simulation, and practical applications across science, engineering, industry, and society. The conference aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and support the transition of quantum computing from theoretical research toward scalable, reliable, and impactful applications. We invite the submission of original papers on all topics related to Quantum Computing Systems with special interest in but not limited to:
• Quantum Computing Foundations and Algorithms
• Quantum Computing Systems and Architectures
• Quantum Software and Programming
• Quantum Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Quantum Communication, Networking, and Security
• Quantum Applications and Emerging Technologies
Submissions Guidelines and Proceedings
Manuscripts should be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column format. All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically at Paper Submission Link. A full paper can be up to 8 pages (including all figures, tables and references). Length of short papers can be up to 6 pages. Submitted papers must present original unpublished research that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal. All submissions are peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers. Accepted papers will appear in the conference Proceeding, and to be submitted to IEEE Xplore for inclusion.
