Loxbridge High-Tech Forum ( https://loxbridge3i.co.uk/index.php ) invites submissions of research and development papers, applications, industry case studies and abstracts for our forthcoming conference. We welcome multidisciplinary or cross-disciplinary contributions that advance practice and theory in information management, information technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, data science, analytics, the Metaverse, applied mathematics, computing, quantum models and cybersecurity. We are also keen to receive work on the applications of relevant high technologies to the domains such as business, tourism, fashion, management, innovation, marketing, finance, economics, human resources, manufacturing and production, supply chains, engineering, agriculture & farming, medicine and healthcare, wellbeing, computer games, sports, art, music, media, public administration, education and training, and others. All the accepted papers and short papers will be published in the leading and reputable proceedings or eBook series with an ISBN number and DOIs. A listener is not required to submit or publish anything, unless she or he wishes to do so. Overview Loxbridge High-Tech Forum encourages interdisciplinary, cross-sector collaboration and welcomes theoretical, empirical, and applied research, and development and applications. Submission Categories Full Papers (6–12 pages): Complete research studies, models, development, or applications. Short Papers (3–5 pages): Emerging research, research and development in progress, frameworks, or preliminary findings. Abstracts / Short Summaries (300-1000 words): Conceptual work, proposals, work in progress, posters, or an abstract or summary of completed research or development work. All submissions must be written in clear academic English. Review and Publication Process All the submissions will be reviewed carefully and rigorously by the committee members and relevant experts in line with the following criteria: Originality, innovation or new ideas; methodology and rigour (methods, experiments, reasoning, logic and analysis); research and/or practical application implications; and structure and presentation. Papers passing triple peer review and meeting the standards and criteria will be published in world-leading and reputable conference proceedings or book series. Papers and short papers passing double peer review and meeting the standards and criteria will be published in other conference proceedings and the Loxbridge High-Tech Forum eBook Series (with ISBN and DOIs). Short summaries and abstracts that pass double reviews will be published in the Loxbridge eBook Series (with ISBN, and if applicable, with DOI). All accepted works may be indexed and archived in relevant repositories. For the forums (IFIMITAIddmmyy), the submissions should follow the Harvard referencing style. Journal article: Author(s) (Year) ‘Article title’, Journal Title, Volume(Issue), page range. DOI or URL (accessed [date]). Book: Surname, Initial(s). (Year) Title. Edition. Place: Publisher. Conference paper: Author Surname, Initial(s). (Year) ‘Title of paper’. In: Initial(s) Surname (ed.), Title of Conference Proceedings, full date, place of conference. Place of publication: Publisher, page numbers. AI-specific citation: OpenAI ChatGPT (year), Title and the hyperlink (accessed on dd/mm/yyyy). Submission Process Upload all submissions via the Loxbridge High-Tech Forum Submission Portal “Submission” link by one week before the forum or conference dates, with the event ID such as IFIMITAIddmmyy or ICIMITAIddmmyy. Listener Policy Listeners are welcome to attend Loxbridge High-Tech Forum events. They are not required to submit or publish papers or abstracts unless they wish to do so voluntarily. Ethics and Originality Authors must ensure all submissions are free from plagiarism and properly referenced.
