📤 Submission Guidelines

Submissions must be original, not under review elsewhere. All papers undergo a double-blind peer review. Authors must anonymize submissions and avoid identifying information.

Submission categories:
• Full Papers: Max 8 pages (plus references), IEEE format
• Short Papers: Max 6 pages (plus references), IEEE format
• Work-in-Progress / Demo Papers: Max 4 pages (plus references), IEEE format

All accepted papers will appear in the BuildSEC’25 proceedings and are planned for publication in IEEE Xplore (pending approval). Papers not presented at the conference may be removed from IEEE Xplore.
