The 23rd International Learning and Technology Conference (23rdL&T) explores how agentic artificial intelligence, digital twins, and immersive technologies are reshaping education, industry, and society.

We welcome submissions in, but not limited to, the following areas:

* Agentic AI and Digital Twins
* AI-enhanced Learning and Teaching
* Gamification, E-sports, and Edutainment
* Human-AI Collaboration
* Ethical Governance and Cybersecurity

📝 Submission Guidelines:
Submit full papers (max 6 pages, IEEE format) via EasyChair:

✅ All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.
📘 Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, with the support of the IEEE KSA Western Region Section. The conference proceedings are currently under review for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication in a Q1 journal. Updates will be posted on the conference website.
