International Conference on Management, Economics and Finance (ICMEF 2012) is a traditional conference for scholars of Management, Economics and Finance studies, welcoming participants from around the world, with broad and diverse research interests. Among the many topics related to Management, Economics and Finance, the special focus of the conference is on social responsibility, professional ethics and management. Issues of ethical Management, Economics and Finance, social and environmental sustainability and cohesion of organizations, fair remuneration of workers and management have become prominent.

The aim of the conference is to present and discuss research that contributes to the sharing of new theoretical, methodological and empirical knowledge, and to better understanding. Papers related to issues of intercultural dialogue and multicultural societies are also welcome.

REFEREED CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

Conference Proceeding
All accepted papers at our conference are blind reviewed and will be published in the conference proceeding with a ISBN in a CD form. It also will be available in the website and other open source academic site (i.e RePec) for a wider view. These proceeding also will be forwarded to ISI Thomson and Scopus for indexed purpose (subject to their approval). Thus, please follow the submission guideline that can be download from our website.

Journal Publication
The paper will be reviewed and accepted for journal publication by “Global Research Agency” (which is a print and online peer reviewed international journal) subject to compliance to the comments of the editorial board that will be sent to you on the next January or July issue after the conference if you pay for publication fees. The fee will cover reviewer fee, printing, a complimentary copy for author and courier charges.

You will have several feedings such as morning and after-noon break-foods, buffet lunch and conference grand dinner. Abstract should not exceed 300 words with at least 3 keywords.

* Please, submit your full papers in MS WORD format
* Length limit: approximately 5000 words for text or 25 pages, including abstract, diagrams tables and references
* The first page should contain in the following order:
o Title
o Name(s)
o Institutional affiliation(s)
o Abstract
o Keywords
* The beginning of the paper with the instruction
* The final section will be the references in APA style
