Reliable Autonomics systems are ingrained with self-management capability embedding some autonomic properties, with the goal of freeing humans from all detail of the operation and management of the system. Simultaneously, this provides a system with the basis to always operate optimally.
As the Internet of Things (IoT) continues to grow, devices capable of computation and data transmission are increasingly being deployed across a wide range of technological fields. Due to the extensive use of these devices, manual setup and management can become impractical and inefficient. To overcome this challenge, intelligent mechanisms are needed to enable autonomy, allowing devices and networks to function efficiently with minimal human involvement. IoT networks are typically heterogeneous, distributed, and resource-constrained, requiring new approaches to apply autonomic principles compared to traditional methods This workshop invites submission of papers in the research area of reliable Autonomics and/or IoT solutions. Specific topics may include but are not limited to: 5G/Beyond 5G and mission critical services Best Effort Goal realisation Cryptography and steganography solution and services Decision support systems services Digital Twins End-to-End IoT Management Framework Failure, Uncertainty and security breaches detection and remedy Goal Oriented Swarm Solutions Heterogeneous and resource constrained networks IoT Automation IoT edge Services/Security/Trust Legal, policies and governance role for reliable services Secure Ledger Based Computational Solutions Self-Healing Networks Service Level Agreement management, monitoring and adherence Trust Attestation Zero-Trust Protocols for Reliable systems IMPORTANT DATES Submission Deadline: December 12, 2024 Author Notification: January 20, 2025 Camera-Ready Submission: February 5, 2025 AINA 2025 Important dates: https://voyager.ce.fit.ac.jp/conf/aina/2025/dates.php SUBMISSION GUIDELINES Authors should submit a paper with a maximum 10 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references. Papers must be prepared using the Lecture Notes Style of Springer Proceedings (template: https://voyager.ce.fit.ac.jp/conftools/Springer/For-the-authors-LECTURE-NOTES-TEMPLATES.zip_ ) and must be formatted in PDF format. Prepare your paper in PDF file and submit it electronically to AINA-2025 web page: https://edas.info/N32463 All papers will undergo peer review, and accepted papers will be included in conference proceedings of Lecture Notes series published by Springer. Proceedings will be sent by Springer for indexing in SCOPUS. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one, are requested to register and present their work at the conference, otherwise, their papers will be removed from the digital library after the conference.
