The 24th International Conference on the Technology and Practice of Passwords (PasswordsCon 2024) offers a global platform for sharing theoretical, methodological, and applied advances in authentication technologies, with a particular emphasis on password security. The conference seeks significant contributions addressing both theoretical and practical challenges in user authentication and password security. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.

Paper Submission

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

The conference invites both full-length paper submissions and shortpapers that report on finished or ongoing research. Full-papers should be between 12-16 pages (references included). Short papers of early-stage work 6-11 pages (references included). All submissions will go through a single-blind review process.
Submissions are to be made in Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) with version llncs.cls v2.24.
