The volume will be available both in print and in ebook format by late 2024/early 2025 on Science Publishers (USA), an imprint of CRC Press (Taylor & Francis Group). The goal of this volume is to summarize the state-of-the-art methods in computational biology and bioinformatics methods in genome mapping. Topics of interest include (but not limited to): - Sequence Analysis - Pattern Recognition for Genome Mapping - Next-Generation Sequencing and Multi-Omics Integration - SNPs and GWAS - Protein/RNA Structure, Function and Interactions - Genome Annotation and Analysis - Structural Bioinformatics - Gene Expression - Machine Learning in Systems Biology - Network Analysis - Generative Model for Genome Mapping - Biological Data Mining - Big Data Analytics for Genome Mapping - Visualization Each contributed chapter is expected to present a novel research study, a comparative study, or a survey of the literature. Note that there will be no publication fees for accepted chapters.
