We would like to cordially invite you to participate in the second edition of the International Scientific Conference Management in Economy 4.0 organized by the Faculty of Management of the University of Bialystok, which will be held on July 11-12, 2024 in Bialystok.

The experience of the 1st edition of the Conference clearly indicates the need for a cross-sector discourse on changes in business processes and models with the participation of science, business and administration. The continuous transformation towards Industry 4.0 makes companies constantly recognize new problems related to the management of acquired or manufactured technologies and the increasing need to cooperate with science.

The second edition of the International Scientific Conference is an excellent opportunity to update, deepen and exchange knowledge in the field of management in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The format of the conference will promote the exchange of experience between science and business, as the first day will be held at the headquarters of the co-organizer of the Conference – SaMASZ Ltd.

The following thematic sessions are planned for the conference program:
• social challenges of Economy 4.0 - human capital, competencies of managers and employees;
• innovation, innovativeness of enterprises, open innovation system, technology transfer;
• transformation of value chains and business models in Economy 4.0;
• network structures - relational competencies of enterprises and trans-sectoral relational competencies (business, science, administration).
