Videos are not mandatory; rather, it’s an opportunity to augment one’s paper to visibly showcase results. MPG, MPEG or MP4 video formats can be used. One can upload or re-upload the video attachment no later than March 5, 2024 (23:59 PST). All papers accepted at the 2024 IROS are to be presented, in person, by the author/co-author or a knowledgeable person on the subject matter. All authors will also submit a 5-minute presentation video for IROS on-demand. If a paper cannot be presented in person due to the inability to travel to the conference, the author will be offered the option to present remotely. Alternatively, the 5-minute presentation video will be shown at the in-person conference. |
