Welcome to the Mediterranean Smart Cities Conference taking place in the Mediterranean city of Martil and Tetuan-Morocco, where innovation meets urban evolution in the cradle of history. Join us for a journey through the vibrant and dynamic landscape of smart cities, where tradition
meets technology, and ancient streets converge with futuristic possibilities.
This conference will bring together thought leaders, policymakers, urban planners, technology experts, and PhD Students to explore the future of smart cities through different activities including keynote talks, technical sessions, panels, workshops, and tutorials.

Paper Submission :
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers using the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit. The authors will need to register their email with CMT. Here is a link how to create a CMT account (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/docs/help/general/account-creation.html).

All papers must adhere to the following formatting:
-Papers should be original and not currently under review at another venue.
-Conference language is English, no exceptions.
-Papers accepted only in PDF format, unlocked.
-Number of pages per paper is 4 to 6.
-Basic guidelines for preparing papers for conference proceedings are available in ---TEMPLATE (.DOCX) (based on IEEE® Template : https://med-sc.org/Files/MSCC2024-paper-requirements.docx).

Publication options:
- Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
- Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their manuscripts for journal publication in a special issues/sections of relevant and renowned journals (Scopus indexed Journals).
- Publications/Proceeding will be indexed by Scopus.
- Selected of submitted papers may be recommended for publication in Special Issues titled: "Selected Problems Arising in the Development of Sustainable Transport Systems" of Sustainability journal and "Methods and Technologies to Support Energy Management Decision Making in the Transport Sector" of Energies journal with special discount.
