The 8th International Conference on Natural Language Processing and Knowledge Engineering(NLP-KE'12) will be held on September 20-24, 2012, in Hefei(Huang Shan,World Cultural Heritage Site), China. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers reporting original and previously unpublished work.

Papers are to be submitted electronically, as PDF files. Only full papers received before the deadline will be considered for review. The review process will be blind. Please do not show authors' information in any way in your paper. The length of a paper is limited to 8 pages for oral (regular) papers and 4 pages for short papers and poster papers.

All accepted papers should be in IEEE conference format which can be found on the IEEE website or downloaded from the conference website.

All accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings. Papers with high quality will be recommended to one of the following international journals: Chinese Journal of Electronics (SCI-indexed), China Communications (SCI-indexed), International Journal of Advanced Intelligence, Information Systems Management (SCI-indexed).
