Focusing on the international research and key application domains of robot and control engineering, around the theme of innovative development of intelligent society, RobCE is going to conduct high level academic communication and display the latest achievements, build the international collaborative innovation platform. ●Publication & Indexing All the registered and presented papers will be included in ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ISBN: 979-8-4007-1678-2) , the publisher will be submitted to Engineering Village, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing after publication. 2. Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals. RobCE 2023/2022/2021 both indexd by Ei Compendex! ●Speakers Prof. Shengquan Xie University of Leeds, UK Professor Shane (Sheng Quan) Xie has over 30 years of research experience in the field of robotics and exoskeletons.He is currently a Chair Professor of Robotics and Autonomous Systems, Director of the Mechatronics and Robotics programme and Director of the Rehabilitation Robotics Lab at the University of Leeds, and was previously the Director of the Rehabilitation and Medical Robotics Centre at the University of Auckland. He was a Technical Editor for the IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics and is the editor-in-chief for the International journal of Biomechatronics and Biomedical Robotics.He is an elected Fellow of Engineering New Zealand, Fellow of IEEE, ASME and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers UK. Prof. Barry Lennox Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering The University of Manchester, UK Barry Lennox is Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and Professor of Applied Control and Nuclear Engineering Decommissioning at The University of Manchester.
