The second edition of the Symposium on Business Informatics in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE - Symposium 2011) will be held between 28th - 30th April 2011 in Cluj-Napoca. This is a traditional academic city from Romania, situated in the middle of Transylvania. CEE - Symposium 2011 will be hosted by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration - the biggest Romanian, and one of the biggest Central and Eastern European Economics faculty, according to the number of students - from Babes-Bolyai University. The latter is one of the oldest and famous universities from our country.
The mission of The Second Symposium on Business Informatics in Central and Eastern Europe is to integrate the scientific Business Informatics research mainly from CEE countries and to provide opportunities for collaboration of researchers and professionals. In addition, this conference creates new bridges - and consolidates the existing ones - for scientific debates of the researchers in Business Informatics from this region, in the context of global financial and economic crisis.
All accepted papers will be published in the Austrian Computer Society (OCG) conference proceedings volume. In addition, extended version of the best papers will be printed into an international journal.
You are invited to submit a paper to this symposium on one of the topics listed below. The papers are the subject of double-blind review process and the camera-ready template announced by our editor will be posted soon on the conference's website.
