To those interested in research data management in egineering,
For Wednesday and Thursday, October 26 and 27, 2022, we cordially invite you to our annual conference. Overview: When? October 26 and 27, 2022, 9:00 to 17:00 (CET) Where? Online Who? Unify the understanding of RDM in engineering theory and practice through discussions, presentations of use cases as well as demonstrations The conference will take place online and is free of charge for all participants. Detailed information about the event can be found and will continuously be updated at the link below: https://nfdi4ing.de/conference. The aim of the conference is to advance and unify international (research) data management and to foster exchange. We will discuss open issues and future challenges on topics such as terminologies, metadata, ontologies, repositories and many more. Likewise, opportunities for networking and exchange with the research community will be provided. Everyone is invited to contribute. Accepted contributions will be eligible to hand in a full paper, that is planned to be published in a special issue of ing.grid, the first international journal on research data management in engineering sciences. Additionally, we will grant a best contribution award. Therefore, it is our pleasure to invite you to contribute your perspective on RDM in engineering to the conference. If interested, an abstract (500 - 1000 words) for a presentation, tutorial, demonstration, workshop or other contribution can be submitted via the conference website until 13th of August 2022: https://nfdi4ing.de/conference_abstract_submission/ The time slot your successful contribution receives is free for you to fill.
