The best paper award will be granted. Papers of special merit will be considered for a fast track publication in the Computer Communications journal.

To guarantee the high visibility of the conference, the proceedings will be available through IEEE Xplore.

All papers must be submitted electronically by EDAS as PDF files, formatted according to the IEEE publisher format, and must not exceed 8 double column pages. All accepted contributions will be full papers with oral presentations. For each paper, at least one author must have a full registration.
