technology, the past decade has witnessed a proliferation of powerful computer applications and an increasing demand for practice of computer science and engineering (CSE). CSE has turned into an important guarantee for engineering practice and has become a key technology in determining future research and development activities in many academic and industrial branches. Among a series of highly successful International Conferences on Computational Science and Engineering (CSE), the CSE-2022 conference is the 25th edition of a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to address the resulting profound challenges and to present and discuss their new ideas, research results, applications and experience on all aspects of computational science and engineering. IEEE CSE-2022 is sponsored by IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, and IEEE Technical Committee on Scalable Computing (TCSC). The 2022 Computational Science and Engineering (CSE-2022) will provide a high-profile, leading-edge forum for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to present state-of-art advances and innovations in theoretical foundations, systems, infrastructure, tools, testbeds, and applications for the CSE, as well as to identify emerging research topics and define the future. CSE-2022 will be hosted in Wuhan. Wuhan is the capital of Hubei Province, located in central China, with a land area of 8,569 square kilometers. Wuhan is located in the east of the Jianghan Plain, where the Yangtze River and its largest tributary, the Han River, meet in the city. The rivers and lakes are intertwined in the city, and the water area accounts for one-fourth of the total area of the city. Wuhan has a long history and rich food culture, attracting a large number of tourists every year. Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers to CSE-2022. All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and will be indexed by Engineering Index (EI). The authors of selected best papers will be invited post conference to extend their contributions for special issues of prestigious journals to be planned in conjunction with the conference. ---------------------------- IMPORTANT DATES ---------------------------- Workshop Proposal Due: June 15, 2022 Paper Submission Deadline: July 15, 2022 Authors Notification: August 15, 2022 Final Manuscript Due: September 15, 2022 Registration Due: September 22, 2022 Conference Date: October 28 - 30, 2022 ------------------------------------- ORGANIZING COMMITTEE ------------------------------------- General Chairs • Q.
