Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other journal at the same time. All submitted research papers will be carefully evaluated based on their originality, relevance, and technical soundness. All final submissions SHOULD BE WRITTEN PREFERABLY IN ENGLISH, although Spanish manuscripts are also accepted. Papers should have a minimum length of six (6) pages and a maximum length of fifteen (15) pages. Submissions should be formatted according to the IEEE guidelines.
