PAPER SUBMISSION:
Authors are invited to submit a 400-word (1 page) abstract summarizing an original work finalized or in progress, and then a full paper (4 pages) describing the original work to the ICACT2014 conference paper. All the manuscripts must be written in English and should be prepared in given style by the ICACT bureau. All submitted papers will be reviewed by the single blinded review process. For the well going review process, all the papers in PDF should be submitted to the ICACT2014 Website www.icact.org.

IMPORTANT DATES:
Abstract Submission: Sep. 30, 2013
Full Paper Submission: Oct. 31, 2013
Acceptance Notification: Nov. 30, 2013
Camera-Ready Manuscript: Dec. 31, 2013

PRESENTATION:
The accepted paper will be presented either in an oral session or poster session. All the presented papers will appear in the IEEE Xplore Digital library, only if at least one of the authors attends the conference to present the paper.

BEST PAPER AWARDS:
ICACT2014 will present the Best Paper Awards to the authors of selected outstanding papers, and invite for publication of ICACT-TACT journal in free of charge
